Massimo Iosa Ghini
Architect with a degree from Milan Polytechnic. \n\nHe has
gained his professional experience as an architect in the design of
architectural and display spaces that are marked by his collaboration
with Piaggio, Fiorucci, RAI, Renault, Ferrari Auto, Omnitel, Prontoitalia
and Superga. In particular, for Ferrari, Superga and Omnitel he has
redefined the interior design identity for worldwide application in
all branches, associated companies and sales outlets. \n\nAs a designer
Iosa Ghini has been at the forefront of Italian and international design
by creating objects and interiors for Memphis and Bolidismo, as evidenced
by exhibitions held in museums and galleries of Europe, Japan and the
United States. He is currently acting as consultant and designer for
an extremely select group of Italian and international companies involved
in the furniture business and that of household items. As “Studio
Iosa Ghini”, by taking advantage of the latest design technology
based on the UNIX platform, he designs complex-technology objects in
the fields of spectacles, consumer electronics, sanitary fittings and
specialised lighting. He has held conferences and lectures in several
universities, from Milan Polytechnic to Rome’s “La Sapienza”,
as well as international symposiums. \n\nIn 1994 ICSID invited him to
represent Italian design in Mexico City, whilst in 1995 he was the only
Italian to be invited to International Conference of Architects held
in Nagoya by the IFI (Italian Financial Institute). In 1996 he was a
speaker at the Italian week in China for presentation of the Italian
system along with the ICE, Federlegno and Assarredo. \n\nHe is a member
of the ABN (GLOBAL BUSINESS NETWORK). |
